Scrum Dynamics 32 - Measuring Customisation
Have you ever been asked:
"How much have you customised Dynamics 365?"
"Is our CRM system customised more or less than average?"
"Have we customised our system too much?"
It appears to be a reasonable question to ask. After all, enterprise applications that have been heavily customised are often harder to maintain, update, and extend.
But cutomisation isn’t easy to measure. And even harder to compare my system’s customisation to yours.
But in this episode, I discuss a couple of ways of measuring customisation and present one method that isn’t perfect, but it’s the best I can come up with so far.
